With over 28 years of enriching experience in organisation behaviour, talent acquisition, management development, Vinod Sreedharan, has created a place for himself as a credible HR professional in the industry. He has held HR Leadership roles in companies like TVS Group, Astra Zeneca, Tata Infotech Ltd, Aztec Software Ltd (Now Mindtree), IBS Software Pvt. Ltd ,UST Global, Anabatic plc and Maxval Group Inc.

In his consulting role with PACE Global HR consulting, he has provided end to end HR solutions for companies across different sectors such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Education, IT and ITES space.

He has won the “TOP 100 HR PROFESSIONALS” and “MOST INNOVATIVE HR LEADERS” awards presented by World HRD Congress. He holds certifications in Harrison Assessments and is also a certified recruiter from Carlton University in association with Middle Earth Consultants.
