N. Ahmedali – Managing Director

Ahmedali has over 40 years of Human Resources Management experience in India and Asia Pacific. Prior to his heading Cornucopia, he was the Regional HR Director – Asia Pacific, GSK, based in Singapore. He was the first functional director to be appointed on the board of SmithKlineBeecham – India, as recognition of HR’s contribution to its transformation and success.

He graduated in Science and Law and has a diploma in HR from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and also qualified in extended residential programs at Cornell University, USA and INSEAD, Singapore.

His areas of management expertise include Vision and Values clarification, HR strategy, people/culture integration following mergers and acquisitions, change management, leadership development and executive coaching.

Ahmedali has headed networks and associations like Bangalore Chamber of Industries and Commerce, National HRD Network – Bangalore Chapter, etc..

He was a visiting faculty at many Management Institutes including the Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore (IIM-B). He has presented at various management seminars in India, Singapore and U.S.A.

Mohd. Moiz Dawar – Executive Director & CEO

Moiz brings in more than 18 years of experience in Human Resource space across geographies, covering the entire spectrum of the Human Resources function and related areas of employee life cycle, at operational and strategic level.

Moiz has an MBA in Human Resources from Osmania University, Hyderabad and a PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

He leads the organization and is working towards carving a successful path for the company with the introduction of various HR business verticals. He provides operational as well as strategic direction to the company and has developed a strong core team which works closely with him, to drive the business.

He started his career with concentration on talent acquisition and HR operations in Information Technology industry and then moved to Aurobindo Pharma where he was instrumental in setting up the Global HR cell for its all international subsidiaries, joint ventures and rep offices. He subsequently moved to Apotex, where he played a key leadership role and established a strong HR Department. He set up the HR Team & practices and build it to a strong team over his tenure of close to a decade; he headed the HR function for Indian operations and was a member of the Global HR Leadership Team.

He is hands-on with the best practices on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organization Development, Leadership Development, Total Rewards and Performance Management.

Meenalochani Kumar – Head Consulting Practice Learning & Leadership

Meena brings two decades of experience across areas in HR, Executive Learningand Leadership development, Organization Development, Culture and Careers. She was the Head of Global Leadership and Talent Development at Sutherland with responsibilities across five  geos and nineteen countries prior to Cornucopia. She has worked with MNCs like Cummins, DDI, Mindtree, and Bristlecone (a Mahindra Group Company)

Meena is a Board Member, International Mentoring Association, and a member of Executive Corporate Learning Forum (ECLF) and has authored several papers in the Coaching and Mentoring space. She is recognized by Femina, ISTD, WeLEED, Collabera, World HRD, International Women Leadership Federation, and eWIT for her Leadership. She is a She is a speaker in global forums and was also invited to speak on the Leadership transformation over the years at the CEB-Gartner’s  25th Annual Leadership Summit in June 2019. She has been on panels in forums such as NHRD, ISTD, eWIT, IMA and was invited to be part of the XLRI Ethics Research Committee based on her work in the areas of Integrity and culture-building. She was on the Grace Hopper “Mentoring Circles” committee.

She has a Masters in Science, is an alumnus of XLRI, a Neuroscience based Leadership coach, thought Leader and pioneer in the Corporate Mentoring space in India. Her professional certifications include “The Science of Happiness” from UC Berkeley, The Fifth Discipline by Peter Senge, DISC and TiEQ – Thomas International, TA101 (Certified Transactional Analyst), and Certification in TA for Organization Development.

Shobana Kuruvila – Principal Consultant

Shobana has over 25 years of experience in varied sectors such as Pharma, IT & ITES and Consulting.  She has worked in companies like GlaxoSmithKline and Fidelity Investments as an Human Resource Business Partner and Performance Consultant. Her areas of expertise include Compensation & Benefits Management, Organisation Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, 360 Degree Feedback Surveys and Coaching, Global Mobility and Content Development. She has set up HR Processes and Systems for SMEs.

She designs and leads Organisational/Talent Development Initiatives like Organisation Restructuring, Culture Building, Assessment Centres, Management Development Programs and Employee Engagement Initiatives.

She is an External Representative on Internal Committees of various organizations as part of POSH Act.

Shobana has a Master’s degree in Sociology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. She is a Certified Behavioural Analyst in DISC and trained to conduct various psychometric assessments.
