As a responsible Corporate citizen, HR Cornucopia Private Limited is involved in social responsibility projects. Upliftment and empowerment of women was a matter that was close to the heart of Late Amina Ahmedali, a founder director of Cornucopia. She was involved in numerous activities that were connected to the education and holistic development of female children and women.
Amina Ahmedali Female Children Education Trust was started in 2011 to fulfill her dream and continue the work that she had started. From its inception, the Trust was involved in providing education assistance through scholarships to school going children.

Reaching Hand is a registered Charitable Trust started in 1996 to work with vulnerable children, marginalized women and deprived families empowering them to lead a life of hope, self-worth and dignity. It envisions a promising future for all by acting as a catalyst for social change. Empowerment of children, women & families from weaker sections of society through quality education, health care and skill development is the key focus of Reaching Hand.
The Trust has sponsored female children and provides assistance in their education needs.
Karnataka State Council for Child Welfare (KSCCW) was constituted in 1955, and was registered as a society in 1961 as the erstwhile Mysore State Council for Child Welfare. In 1989-90 this autonomous non-profit organization got its present name. Being a state wing of the Indian Council for Child Welfare, its jurisdiction covers the whole state while it gets its funds from the Department of Women and Child Development, Ministry of Human Resources.
KSCCW runs creches for children between the age of 2 1/2 to 6 years. Each creche has a teacher and a helper to run pre-school education and to provide the mid-day meal.
KSCCW runs the (BSTI). The balsevika training is a 10-month course designed to train young women, 18-35 years, to become skilled child welfare workers specially trained to serve the underprivileged sections of society.
The Trust supports women in Pre-primary training. After their course, these women will be ready to take on jobs at creches and primary schools, the foundation in educating children. The Trust hopes to work closely with these two NGOs to ensure the development of children and women. The Trust also supports deserving children with financial assistance for pursuing education.
