Shobana has a Masters degree in Sociology from Bangalore University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from St. Joseph's College of Business Administration.
During her 25 years of experience, she has worked in companies like GlaxoSmithKline and Fidelity Investments. She has worked in areas such as Compensation & Benefits Management, HR Generalist function, Talent Development and International Assignments. She is a Certified Behavioural Analyst. Her areas of expertise include Compensation Restructuring, Performance Management, HR Processes Review/Audits and Leadership Development. She also designs and facilitates OD interventions and training programs.
She is an external Representative on Internal Complaints Committees of organizations as part of the Anti Harassment Policy requirements.
