Ahmedali has over 35 years of Human Resources Management experience in India and in Asia-Pacific. Prior to his heading Cornucopia, Ahmedali was the Regional HR Director- Asia Pacific, GSK (Glaxo Smith Kline), based in Singapore. He was the first functional director to be appointed on the board of SmithKlineBeecham – India, as recognition of HR’s contribution to its transformation and success.
Earlier he worked with Schering Plough, German Schering and Sanofi-Aventis. He graduated in Science and Law, and has a diploma in HR from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. His other qualifications include extended residential programmes at Cornell, USA and INSEAD, Singapore.
His areas of management expertise include Vision and Values clarification, HR strategy, people / culture integration following Mergers and Acquisitions, Change management, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.
Ahmedali has headed networks and associations like Bangalore Chamber of Industries and Commerce, National HRD Network – Bangalore Chapter, Employer’s Federation Of South India etc. He is a visiting faculty at many Management Institutes including the internationally recognized Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore (IIM-B) and the Institute of Management Studies – Bombay. He has presented at various management seminars in India, Singapore and U.S.A

Dinesh Weerakkody is a former Chairman/CEO of the Employee’s Trust Fund Board, Sri Lanka, was an Advisor to the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka from January 2003 to April 2004 and the Human Resource Director of GlaxoSmithKline-Sri Lanka from Jan 1998 to November 2005.He is currently a Council Member of the Charted Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Sri Lanka Division, a Committee member of the Sri Lanka Tennis Association, a Director of SmithKline Beecham-Sri Lanka, Commercial Bank of Ceylon and DFCC Bank. He is a leading writer and an economic commentator, has published many books, presented and published many papers at national and international level and regularly contributes to the local newspapers and business magazines. He has also received many awards locally and internationally.
Dinesh is a graduate in Business Administration and an Associate at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He also holds a master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester, England. He has received extensive training at the Institute of World Affairs in the USA, NIC centre and Matsushita Institute of Government and Management in Japan and Advanced Training in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management in the USA, London, Singapore and India. He is also a member of several professional bodies in SriLanka.

Narayan has more than 25 years of rich management experience in all areas of the HR function like recruitment, performance management, compensation management, training and people development, HR administration and people relations. He has had exposure to working in multi-cultural professional environments in organizations like Texas Instruments, SAP and Synopsys, with a strong focus on quality, process, performance and customer orientation. Narayan holds a Masters degree in Social Work specializing in Human Resource Management from Loyola College, University of Madras.
His areas of expertise include Compensation restructuring, Performance Management, HR processes review/ audits and Leadership Development.

Pratibha is an Industrial Psychologist. After having completed her Psychology Honours from Delhi University she then moved on to do her Masters in Psychology from Madras University. She started her career in the Psychology Department of Women's Christian College, Chennai as a Lecturer for Graduates as well as Post Graduates. After this she worked in the Assessment Practice division of Ma Foi Management Consultants, Chennai handling both clients in India and abroad with an exposure to various Assessment activities including Psychometric Testing, Assessment/Development centres, Organization wide Surveys and so on. Prior to joining Cornucopia, she was in IFMR Trust, Chennai where she was designated to be the Assessment Anchor. |

Sweta has a Master’s degree in Management and Systems from Thiagarajar College, Kamaraj University, Madurai. She also holds a Diploma in Training & Development (Dip. T.D) from the Indian Society of Training and Development New Delhi (ISTD).
Sweta supports primarily in the areas of training need analysis, designing training modules, conducting job analysis and creating policies and procedures for different organisations. She administers 360 Feedback instrument and Employee Satisfaction Survey. |

Anil is a Senior Associate of Cornucopia, based in Singapore. Anil holds an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. He is a frequent speaker at conferences in China, India, Malaysia and Singapore.
Anil worked with Mercer Human Resource Consulting in their offices in India and Singapore as a Senior Consultant. He was the youngest member of Mercer Asia’s Talent and Performance Management leadership council and specialized in the performance & rewards management arenas. Prior to joining Mercer, Anil was a senior Human Resource Professional with Arthur Andersen, India. Anil spent over three years working with the textiles and garments business of a premier Indian business house as HR manager. During this time, he gained strong practitioner expertise in the areas of HR strategy, training and development, recruitment and selection, industrial relations, compensation and benefits management. He is also deeply interested in researching HR best practices in the Asian environment, and is currently, along with university researchers working toward publishing several papers in the area of learning and career development.
